ABOUT Soya Chunks Pasta RECIPE

It's a delicious snack, I tried it out in more than a healthy way with soya chunks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pasta/ Macaroni 2 cups
  2. Refined Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Onion big size 2
  4. Tomato big size 1
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Soya chunks 1 cup
  7. Black pepper powder 2 pinches
  8. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  9. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  10. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Water 6 cups

Instructions

  1. Add water and pasta in a large pan. Boil in the pasta and add a pinch of salt and few drops of oil. Cook till it's al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse it in cold water. Keep it aside.
  3. Boil the soya chunks in a small pot for 1 minute.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add in the chopped onion, green chilli and fry till it's light brown in colour.
  5. Next add in the chopped tomato and fry it for a few minutes.
  6. Now add in the black pepper powder, salt and stir well. Add in the pasta, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix it well and turn off the flame.
  7. Serve it hot.
