Ingredients to make Fresh Orange Pulp Pudding (Komola Kheer)

  • Full cream milk 1 litre
  • sugar 1 cup
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh orange pulp 1 bowl
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Evaporated milk solid 1 cup

How to make Fresh Orange Pulp Pudding (Komola Kheer)

  1. Boil the milk. Then add in the sugar and evaporated milk solid to it.
  2. When it becomes thick and creamy, add in the cardamom powder. Then turn off the gas and add in the fresh orange pulp.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge and serve it.

My Tip:

For better taste you can use powdered milk.
