Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 7 boiled potatoes
  2. Onions 2
  3. 1 tomato
  4. Brown Bread slices 4
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil as required
  9. Jeera 1 tsp
  10. Water to make it dry

Instructions

  1. Firstly boil the potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. Take a kadhai and add in 2 tsp oil t heat, now add in the jeera and onions. Saute it properly then add in the tomato. Cook it properly, then add in all the dry masalas, salt, turmeric, chilli and amchur.
  3. Mix it properly and cook. Then turn off the stove and let this sabji cool.
  4. Bake it at 200 degrees celsius and serve it hot.
