Ingredients to make Red cabbage salad

  • 1 red cabbage - small - med Size
  • 1green cabbage small- med size
  • 1 green pepper cut in long pieces
  • 1 red/yellow pepper cut in long pieces
  • Snow peas steamed for a min
  • 1 Apple cut in long pieces
  • Dressing - 2 tbsp extra virgin oil
  • Dressing -1.5 tsp pepper
  • Dressing- 1.5 tsp mustard powder
  • Dressing-1.5 lemons juice
  • Dressing- powdered sugar/salt to taste

How to make Red cabbage salad

  1. Take the red and green cabbage - remove the outer leaves and core. Cut into long pieces And refrigerate
  2. Make the dressing with olive oil and above ingredients. Refrigerate separately.
  3. Mix the salad and dressing before serving. Make sure it is cold.
