Cauliflower Manchurian

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Manchurian

  • Manchurian Balls Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp maida
  • 1 tsp dry chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • Manchurian Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies, cut into small size
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 and 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 green onions, chopped

How to make Cauliflower Manchurian

  1. Mix the maida, cornflour, baking powder, red chilli paste or salt in a bowl, then add 1/4 cup milk in it and mix it well.
  2. Add in the crushed cauliflower and mix it well to make the balls. Then roll these balls in breadcrumbs and deep fry. Then keep them aside.
  3. To prepare the sauce, take a pan and heat oil in it, then add in the garlic or green chilli and stir it for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in the soya sauce, tomato sauce or vinegar and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the water and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add in the cornflour while stirring regularly till a thick consistency is formed. Then add in the green onion and keep it aside.
  7. To serve take a bowl with the sauce and add in the cauliflower balls. It is ready to be served.

My Tip:

At the time of serving, add in the balls and serve it.
