Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients to make Strawberry Cheesecake

  • 1 cup - crushed Marie biscuits
  • 2 tbsp - Cashew powder
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 cups - fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp - Strawberry Crush
  • 1 tbsp - icing sugar
  • 1 litre - Milk [for making cottage cheese]
  • thin slices of Apple - 1
  • Jelly mix - 1 pkt
  • Fresh Cream - 1 pack

How to make Strawberry Cheesecake

  1. Crush and mix biscuit powder, butter and cashew powder. Spread in a glass dish and press firmly. Keep in a freezer for an hour.
  2. Make cottage cheese out of the milk and instantly make its paste in the mixer. Mix in cream, strawberry crush, icing sugar and spread over the biscuit layer and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and let it set.
  3. For the top layer, keep apple slices gently. Prepare the jelly as the instructions on the pack. While still warm pour it over the sliced apples.
  4. keep in refrigerator for an hour for setting.
  5. When completely set, do the final touches with the fresh cream.
My Tip: It is a flour less cake.
