Ingredients to make Jain Canape

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • salt 3 tablespoon
  • Milk 500 ml
  • corn starch 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup crushed corns
  • 1/2 cup boiled corns
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 cup sev
  • 2 cheese cubes

How to make Jain Canape

  1. Boil the milk, then add in the crushed corns. Next, add in the 2-3 grated cheese cubes and stir for 2 mins. Keep the flame on medium.
  2. Take another pan, add oil to heat, then add in the red bell pepper, capsicum, green chillies, corn and stir for 2 mins. Add salt and keep it for for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add in the salt, stir well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add this mixture into the milk-corn mixture and continue stirring till it becomes thick.
  5. Pour the mixture one by one in the canapes and sprinkle coriander and sev to garnish.
