#Paneer Tawa Masala

Ingredients to make #Paneer Tawa Masala

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 200 gms
  • For the Marination:
  • curd 3 tbsp
  • tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  • Green chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp

How to make #Paneer Tawa Masala

  1. Cut the paneer in 1 inch cubes. Keep aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together well (except the paneer).
  3. Mix the paneer cubes in the prepared curd batter. Leave for an hour to marinate.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter to heat.
  5. Place all the marination on a hot pan. Let it cook on a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Turn it over with a spatula and let it cook on this side as well. Quick Paneer tawa masala is ready to serve.
  7. Serve it with thin slices of onions and a sprinkle of dash of lemon juice over it.
