ABOUT Chinese Chicken Bread Sticks RECIPE

Chinese chicken bread stick is an experiment done by me and surprisingly it came out fantastic.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 grams boneless chicken
  2. 2 slice sandwich bread
  3. oil for deep frying
  4. 2 small green chillies very finely cut
  5. 2 teaspoon spring onion finely cut
  6. salt to taste
  7. 2 crushed and chopped garlic
  8. a pinch of black pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoon light soya sauce
  10. half pinch ajinomoto ( optional )
  11. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  12. 1 egg
  13. 1/2 teaspoon cornflour ( optional )

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken nicely and press and drain out all the water from it .
  2. Add in all finely cut green chillies, garlic, spring onions and start chopping all of this with the chicken nicely. It should look like minced chicken.
  3. Add in soya sauce, salt, black pepper and ajinomoto. Start chopping again mixing everything nicely.
  4. Now take 2 slices and egg wash it nicely on one side than keep the minced chicken on top of the bread the layer should be nice and thick. (say about 1 inch of chicken layer)
  5. Than again egg wash it little bit. Meanwhile keep the oil for frying. Do the same with the second and add in the oil once its nicely heated.
  6. Fry each side until golden brown. Once done drain the excessive oil nicely and put it on a tissue and after it cools a little cut them into 5 pieces and serve.
