Ingredients to make Baked Cheesy Singapore Pie

  • rice basmati cooked 1 cup
  • Pasta boiled 1 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • carrot 1 chopped cubed
  • capsicum 1 sliced
  • mushroom 4 sliced
  • ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • coriander chopped 2 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • tomato Sauce 2 tablespoon
  • vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • water 1 cup
  • Cornflour 2 teaspoon in half cup water
  • Red chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
  • Red chilli powder 1.5 teaspoon
  • garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt
  • tomato sauce 4 tablespoon

How to make Baked Cheesy Singapore Pie

  1. In a deep dish first spread boiled rice.
  2. Then spread the pasta layer.
  3. In a wok heat oil.
  4. Add chopped onion.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add carrot.
  7. Add capsicum.
  8. Add mushrooms.
  9. Add chopped green chilly.
  10. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, pepper powder, soya sauce, salt.
  11. Add water and dissolve cornflour.
  12. Cook till it thickens.
  13. Add vinegar.
  14. Add coriander leaves.
  15. Pour on top of pasta layer.
  16. Mix mayonnaise, red chilli powder, garlic, tomato ketchup.
  17. Spread on top of vegetable layer.
  18. Bake for 20 minutes.

My Tip:

You can also add boneless chicken. I usually make a day ahead and bake just before guest arrives.
