Ingredients to make Pizza My Own Way( A Mexican touch)

  • Whole wheat Pizza Base 10
  • onion finely chopped 3
  • capsicum finely chopped
  • carrot finely chopped 3
  • cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
  • Sweet corn boiled 1 cup
  • Spring onion whites 1 cup
  • paneer cubes 400 grams
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • garlic crushed 2 tablespoon
  • ginger grated 2 tablespoon
  • Green chilies crushed 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli flakes to taste
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • oil 2 teaspoon
  • Cheese slices grated 10
  • red chilly sauce 2 tablespoon
  • tomato sauce 3 tablespoon

How to make Pizza My Own Way( A Mexican touch)

  1. Heat oil , saute all veges on a medium to high flame.
  2. Add salt pepper, chilli crushed.
  3. Turn off gas. Preheat oven at 200.
  4. Mix Crushed garlic and chilli powder and 2 tbsp water. Heat together in a pan and fold in paneer cubes with a tsp of oil till dry.
  5. Take pizza based. Spread Tomato sauce on it. Now spread vege mixture.
  6. Arrange paneer cubes. Spread a layer of Cheese and bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes
  7. Serve with Oragano and chilli garlic sauce and chilli flakes according to taste.

My Tip:

Sauteing vegetables on high evaporates water in it and thus helps to make pizza crispy faster. You can make it non vegetarian by adding chicken to the filling.
