About Badam Kulfi Recipe

The Indian ice cream which is a sweet cooling delight with almonds.

Badam Kulfi

Ingredients to make Badam Kulfi

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100g Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • A few saffron strands

How to make Badam Kulfi

  1. Mix corn flour with some milk and keep aside.
  2. Bring the milk and condensed milk to boil in a pan.
  3. Simmer and add almonds.
  4. Add the corn flour mixture and cool for 5 mins.
  5. Remove from heat and add saffron strands. Let it cool for 5 mins.
  6. Pour the kulfi mixture into kulfi bowls and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Enjoy the next day!
