Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. FOR PANEER LAYERING : 6 slice of flavoured paneer of 250 grams ( while making panner you add cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp & 1/4 teaspoon honey)
  2. 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  4. salt, black pepper, as per taste
  5. FOR SAUCE : 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon garlic & ginger chopped
  7. 1/4 cup onion chopped
  8. 1/4 cup 3 coloured bell peppers
  9. 1/2 cup tin pineapple chopped
  10. 1/4 cup beans chopped
  11. 6 tablespoon spicy chatpata chinese suce
  12. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  15. 1/2 cup water
  16. 1 tablespoon cornflour slurry
  17. FOR GARNISHING : 1/4 cup regular cheese grated
  18. 2 tablespoon mozrella cheese
  19. cinnamon powder for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. FOR SAUCE : Heat oil, saute garlic & ginger, till it turns golden brown.
  2. Add onion, bell peppers, pineapple, french beans, rice vinegar, red chilly powder, spicy chatpata chinese sauce, stir it properly. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water, cornflour slurry, salt, mix well and off the gas.
  4. 2. FOR PANEER LAYERED: Heat oil on tawa, saute garlic, roast the paneer from both the sides, seasoning the paneer with salt & pepper from both sides.
  5. 3. FOR ASSEMBLING: SERVING PLATE; Set 1 slice of roasted paneer. Apply 1 tablespoon of sauce, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, covered with 2nd layer of roasted paneer slice, add sauce, mozzarella cheese, covered 3rd slice of roasted paneer slice.
  6. 3. GARNISHING: Garnish the layered paneer treasure with regular grated cheese & chatpata sauce & finally sprinkle some cinnamon powder. Serve hot.
