  • BOILED potato-500 GRAMS
  • BOILED carrot AND BEANS-1 CUP
  • CHOPPED onion-1 CUP
  • SPRING onion-CHOPPED-1 CUP
  • GREEN coriander CHOPPED-1/4 CUP
  • CHOPPED ginger-GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI-2 TABLESPOON
  • salt
  • BLACK pepper POWDER- 1/2 TEASPOON
  • CHINESE masala POWDER-1 TABLESPOON
  • oil-2 TABLESPOON

How to make ROASTED STUFFED CHINESE CAPSICUM

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD CHOPPED GINGER-GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLI, SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE, NOW ADD ONION AND SPRING ONION AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES.
  2. ADD BOILED CARROT AND BEANS, MIX WELL. NOW ADD MASHED BOILED POTATOES WITH ALL THE SPICES LIKE SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND CHINESE MASALA AND MIX WELL.
  3. ADD GREEN CORIANDER AND ALLOW TO COOL THE MIXTURE.
  4. NOW FILL THE MIXTURE IN BOILED CAPSICUM AND ALLOW TO ROAST ON LOW FLAME VERY DELICATELY. SERVE WITH RICE TO ENJOY THE CHINESE DELICACY IN WINTERS.

My Tip:

TO ADD THE REAL CHINESE TASTE I USED MARKET BOUGHT READY MADE MASALA FOR DRY USE.
