ABOUT Oolong Tea RECIPE

This Chinese tea has several benefits from weight loss to blood pressure control to lot many other things and it is very easy to prepare this tea.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 5 gram Oolong tea leaves
  2. 150 millilitre Water for tea and enough water for cleaning process
  3. 1 teaspoon Honey( optional)
  4. Tea pot (glass or ceramic)

Instructions

  1. Boil water, pour the water in tea pot and drain it in order to clean it.
  2. Now boil water at approximately 95 degrees celsius.
  3. In a cup, add tea leaves and pour water and drain the water again leaving the leaves in a cup.
  4. Next add water again and allow it to brew for 2 minutes.
  5. Strain and drink the healthy tea.
