You may also use overripe bananas for more thicker smoothie.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Small yellow bananas-6
  2. Cardamom powder small teaspoon
  3. Sugar 3 or 4 teaspoon
  4. Ice cubes 5-6
  5. Milk 250 millilitre

Instructions

  1. Take a blender
  2. Add ice, sugar.
  3. Add cardamom powder to this.
  4. Blend this well.
  5. Lastly add boiled and chilled milk.
  6. Mix it well and serve.
