  • 2 whole wheat bread
  • 1 small onion finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp finely sliced green , yellow and red capsicums
  • 12 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato chilli sauce
  • 12 tsp vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
