Ingredients to make Gud ke Sev

  • besan...2cup
  • Gud..1cup
  • Sauf coarsely grinded...1teaspoon
  • ghee..1teaspoon
  • oil..1teaspoon
  • Soda bicarbonate...a pinch
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Sev machine

How to make Gud ke Sev

  1. Take besan in a bowl.
  2. Add soda bicarbonate, water and knead it to make a dough.
  3. Now rub this dough with oil.
  4. Take a sev machine and fill this dough in the machine.
  5. Take a kadai and heat enough oil in kadai.
  6. Make sev directly in oil.
  7. Fry sev and take them out in a plate.
  8. It's time to make jaggery syrup.
  9. Cut gud into pieces.
  10. Take a nonstick pan.
  11. Add ghee and gud.
  12. Just melt the gud. Add sauf powder.
  13. Add sev as soon as gud is melted.
  14. Turn of gas. Mix them properly.

My Tip:

Be careful in mixing sev in gud. Sev should not break.
