Chane Ka Saag

Ingredients to make Chane Ka Saag

  • 1/2 kilogram chana bhaji
  • 5-6 garlic paste
  • 6-7 green chilly paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt as per your taste
  • oil 4-5 tablespoon

How to make Chane Ka Saag

  1. Make a fine paste of chillies, garlic, ginger and 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing).
  2. Steam the chane ka saag and make a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add sesame seeds in it and let them crackled and add hing.
  4. Now add and grind paste. Saute it till raw smell goes out and oil releases.
  5. Now add chana bhaji paste in it, saute it for few minutes.
  6. Now add turmeric and salt and saute it.
  7. After sauteing it add chawal maadh slowly slowly and mix it continuously.
  8. Now allow it to boil. Lapta is ready you can have it with rice and chapati.

My Tip:

Have it with birra or Makka roti.
