Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 4 cups
  2. Banana 2
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
  4. Jaggery 2 cups
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the jaggery in water and let it dissolve completely. Filter it from dust.
  2. Mash the bananas
  3. Add wheat flour, mashed bananas, cardamon powder, salt and mix it well
  4. Using jaggery water make it as batter
  5. Heat the oil and put the batter as small balls and fry it.
