Recently I am reading a lot of books related to diets. Most of the diets make a brief description of smoothies. The smoothies they mention provoke an idea to make use of the same ingredients with different combination. The recent orange smoothie is one such an idea. This grape smoothie is also one among them. You can definitely include this grape smoothie in/ as your weight loss breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 10 soaked almonds or cashews
  2. 3/4 cup of grapes, frozen
  3. 2 slices of cucumber
  4. 3/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Take soaked almonds in a blender. Grind them to a smooth paste, adding little water.
  2. Add grapes and cucumber pieces. Add sugar if the grapes are not sweet enough.
  3. Add water and give a final pulse. Smoothie will be ready to serve cold.
