I am not a great fan of kiwi. Only for the reason that it helps in weight loss, I am having it as smoothies often. The smoothie we are going to see in this section is a tasty smoothie. You can easily make this smoothie and it is also travel friendly. This smoothie will be bit tangy and bit sweet. Banana gives a creamy texture and milk make it slightly loose.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe Kiwi - 1
  2. Banana - 1/2
  3. Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon, soaked
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup, skimmed
  5. Raw Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take kiwi, banana and chia seeds in a blender.
  2. Puree the ingredients.
  3. Add milk and raw sugar.
  4. Grind it once again and transfer to a serving glass.
  5. You could chill it in fridge for 20 minutes and have it.
