Detoxification smoothie would really make you lose fat around your waist. You will definitely love having such things if they are tasty. For those who have PCOD, doctors suggest to take either Chia seeds or flax seeds. When my family doctor advised, I took it seriously and now including Chia seeds in my juices. As green tea is also meant to boost up the metabolism, I am trying to make smoothies with that.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Strawberries - 5 to 10
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Soaked Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoons
  4. Green Tea - 1 cup
  5. Honey - 2 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take strawberries and chia seeds in a blender. Make it a puree.
  2. Add honey and milk. Blend it again.
  3. Add green tea and mix it well. Transfer to a serving glass and chill it.
