It was pretty boring to have same apple and orange. I just wished to try new variety of fruit and again my hands on Kiwi. It was 4$ for 16 Kiwis. I found it more cost effective compared to the one I saw in India. As it is difficult to get Gooseberries in US, I went ahead and bought Kiwis. I am very sure that I will not like the taste. I was thinking some good way to eat it. Then came this idea of making Kiwi Popsicles from Food Network. This popsicles are rich in anti-oxidants and will help you to lose more and more weight.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. kiwi - 2 or 3, ripen
  2. honey dew - 8 to 10 cubes
  3. raw sugar - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Cut honeydew and kiwi into cubes. Slice some kiwis for decoration.
  2. Take honey dew, kiwis and sugar in a blender and puree them. No need of adding water.
  3. Take a popsicle tray and fill it with this puree.
  4. Insert the slices at the sides of the moulds. Close it and make it ready for freezing.
  5. Put it in freezer and chill it for minimum 4 hours.
  6. Check it and then wash the moulds in hot water to take out the tasty and visually appealing popsicles are ready to serve as a snack
