Bhindi masala ( stuffed Lady fingers )

Ingredients to make Bhindi masala ( stuffed Lady fingers )

  • 500 gms bhindi ( not too thick )
  • For masala -
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor (dry mango powder )
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi ( turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp dhania powder (coriander powder)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds )

How to make Bhindi masala ( stuffed Lady fingers )

  1. Mix the above masala ingredients
  2. Wash the bhindi properly and make a long cut in the middle to fill masala separately in ever bhindi
  3. Heat oil in a non - stick pan
  4. Add Bhindi and cook for 10 mns
My Tip: Don't over cook the bhindi. It tastes best when cooked crisp.
