Ingredients to make Beetroot Rajgira Burfi

  • Beetrrot 2
  • Milkmade 1/2 tin
  • Rajgira(amarnath seeds) 1/2cup
  • ghee 4tbs
  • Dry fruits - almond , cashew, pista

How to make Beetroot Rajgira Burfi

  1. First grate the beetroot
  2. Then take a pan n heat thn add rajgira in it n puff like popcorn keep lid also in pan
  3. Take kadhai thn add 4 tbs ghee
  4. Add grated beetroot sauteing properly
  5. Cook for 5 min
  6. Then add milkmade n rajgira seeds mix properly
  7. Cook until when beetroot separate from kadhai
  8. Thn cook for 10 min
  9. Then switch off the gas n mixture take in plate n spread evenly
  10. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  11. After 2 hrs cut in to burfi shape. Ready ur healthy burfi

My Tip:

Cook in slow flame n mix properly
