Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. gudh grated 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 1 lit
  3. Cream 2 tsp
  4. Dry fruits - almonds, cashew, pista
  5. cardamom pwd 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk until it remains half lit
  2. Add grated gudh mix properly
  3. Add other dry fruits
  4. Then cook for 5 - 10 min
  5. Add the cream or malai
  6. Then cool in refrigerator for 1 hrs thn enjoy ur tasty shake
