Ingredients to make Whole wheat, ragi and almond flour cookies

  • 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar (you can increase that as per taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How to make Whole wheat, ragi and almond flour cookies

  1. Mix the dry ingredients wheat , ragi and almond flour.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar, to that add vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly add the flour mixture to it and rub it to form coarse sand like.
  4. Then form a dough, no need to knead just bring them together. If it's too dry add a tablespoon of milk.
  5. Cling wrap it and keep in fridge for half an hour.
  6. Roll it, cut with cookie cutter and bake at 180 degree for 12-15 min. Bake it according to your oven.
  7. This stays well for ten days stored in tight container

My Tip:

Any flavor can be added in the butter and sugar creaming step
