Ingredients to make Schezwan sausages

  • For frying sausages
  • 1 levelled tbsp of each corn flour &; maida
  • 1/2 tap soy sauce
  • 1/2 egg
  • salt
  • 1/2Tsp chilli powder
  • For the gravy.
  • chicken sausages ,big 5
  • onion diced into a little big pieces 5
  • capsicum diced in big pieces 1 big.
  • ginger garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Sechwan sauce 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • tomato sauce 2 TSP
  • Celery 1
  • Spring onion 3 tbsp

How to make Schezwan sausages

  1. Cut sausages into small pieces. Coat with the frying ingredients. & fry them,for a few min,till they rises,not so crispy.
  2. Then make gravy.u can use the same oil after removing some oil from that.
  3. Put ginger,garlic.then add capsicum , fry for a few sec. then onion & celery.then put fried sausages.add chilli powder,soy sauce,tomato sauce, sechwan sauce,a little sugar.
  4. mix well till the veg is cooked.add 1tsp of cornflour dissolved in water.add to the gravy.when the gravy thickens,remove.
  5. Add chopped spring onion . If u want gravy,u can add more corn flour with more water.
  6. Adjust sauces ,salt & sugar according to ur taste. Becoz,many chinese dish a bit sweet. But i like hot & spicy. So it s upto u.

My Tip:

Cut the sausages into small pieces.as it will become bigger in size,when we fry it. Adjust seasoning,according to ur taste.
