  • 1 long french bread sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tbps of butter
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese

How to make Cheese and Chilli Crostata

  1. preheat the oven at 180 degress,
  2. mix the butter and garlic to make garlic butter
  3. apply this on each slice
  4. on a baking tray play each slice and bake for 2 mins
  5. bring it out , apply the grated cheese on each, then the chili flakes and salt
  6. bake it for another 5 mins, serve with pasta or meat
