Ingredients to make Flaxseed laddos (alsi ki pinniyaa)

  • 250 gns flaxseeds
  • 3cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups ghee
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup gond
  • 1/cup almonds
  • cardamom powder 2 tsp.

How to make Flaxseed laddos (alsi ki pinniyaa)

  1. Roast flaxseeds with cover for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
  2. Add ghee in a pan and roast wheat flour till aroma comes and color changes.
  3. Grind alsi ,almonds and gond separately in Grinder
  4. Fry gond in ghee then grind.
  5. Make sugar syrup by adding 1cup water and sugar. Make a single thread consistency.
  6. Mix alsi ,wheat flour gond and almond powder in sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder . Mix well
  7. Let it cool for a while then make small laddoos from it Your Flaxseed laddoos are ready to eat

My Tip:

Roast alsi in low flame otherwise it will burn
