Ingredients to make Boost your Immunity with Amala in salt.

  • Amala 250 grms.
  • salt to taste. ( more than we eat in regular food. )
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp ( optional )
  • vinegar 1/2 tsp ( optional ).
  • water to soak Amala.

How to make Boost your Immunity with Amala in salt.

  1. Select big sized Amala. ( with smaller seeds).
  2. Wash them in sufficient amount of water.
  3. Make slits with knife or make holes with safety pin or needle.
  4. Take water in glass bottle to soak Amala . It should dip in it.
  5. Add enough salt to taste salty.
  6. Add turmeric and Vinegar.
  7. Soak Amala in it. Close the lid and preserve for 4 to 6 days.
  8. Your Amala are ready.
