Ingredients to make Gud -mewa laddo {JAGGERY -DRYFRUITS LADDO}

  • 1 jaggery 2 cup
  • 2 almonds 1 cup
  • 3cashew1/2cup
  • 4 gond 1/2cup
  • 5 makhana 1 cup
  • 6 Saunth 25 gm
  • 7 ghee 2 cup
  • 8 cardamom 8-10

How to make Gud -mewa laddo {JAGGERY -DRYFRUITS LADDO}

  1. 1 chop all the dryfruits in small chunks.
  2. 2 roast all the dryfruits in 2 tbs ghee at low flame
  3. 3 in a heavy bottom kadai add 100 gms ghee.put a tbs of gond in it.
  4. 4 gond pufF's up like a corn.fry it till light brown cool it and powder it.
  5. 5 powder the cardamom too
  6. 6 in kadai add 150 gm ghee add small small jaggery pieces and melt it.
  7. 7 it should be continiously mixed with a spoon.and make jaggery syrup.
  8. 8 add all the dryfruits and make laddoos .enjoy in winters
  9. 9 u can store it in airtight container for 2-3 months
