Ingredients to make Gud -mewa laddo {JAGGERY -DRYFRUITS LADDO}

  • jaggery 2 cup
  • almonds 1 cup
  • cashew1/2cup
  • gond 1/2cup
  • makhana 1 cup
  • Saunth 25 gm
  • ghee 2 cup
  • cardamom 8-10

How to make Gud -mewa laddo {JAGGERY -DRYFRUITS LADDO}

  1. chop all the dryfruits in small chunks.
  2. roast all the dryfruits in 2 tbs ghee at low flame
  3. in a heavy bottom kadai add 100 gms ghee.put a tbs of gond in it.
  4. gond pufF's up like a corn.fry it till light brown cool it and powder it.
  5. powder the cardamom too
  6. in kadai add 150 gm ghee add small small jaggery pieces and melt it.
  7. it should be continiously mixed with a spoon.and make jaggery syrup.
  8. add all the dryfruits and make laddoos .enjoy in winters
  9. u can store it in airtight container for 2-3 months
