Raw Turmeric and Amla Chutney

Ingredients to make Raw Turmeric and Amla Chutney

  • 1 big bowl of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bowl dry or fresh grated coconut
  • 3 or 4 pieces of deseeded amlas
  • 1 or 2 green chillies
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 inch piece of kachchi haldi /raw turmeric
  • 15 to 20 pieces of roasted and skin removed peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt

How to make Raw Turmeric and Amla Chutney

  1. Mix and grind all the ingredients with sufficient water in a mixer to get fine a paste.
  2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl. Serve
  3. Serve it with dosa, idli, rice, parantha or sandwich

My Tip:

Can use dry or fresh coconut / nariyal
