Ingredients to make Sprouts pancakes with salad

  • Mung sprouts 2cups
  • spring onions 1/4cup
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Karipatta 10-12 leaves
  • salt to taste
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Grated carrot 1/4cup
  • Chopped cabbage 1/4cup
  • onions chopped 3tbsp
  • tomato chopped 1/4cup
  • mint 1tbsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2tbsp
  • Hung curd 4tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil as needed

How to make Sprouts pancakes with salad

  1. Grind sprouts with green chilli and karipatte into a fine paste
  2. Add spring onions, salt, ginger- garlic paste and water to make pancake batter
  3. Heat nonstick tava. Pour batter and make pancakes
  4. Apply little oil on one side. Cook on low flame until crisp. Flip, apply oil and cook till crisp.
  5. Take a bowl. Add onions, tomato, mint, coriander, carrot, cabbage, salt, hung curd, black pepper, jeera powder mix and make salad
  6. Serve pancakes with salad as topping. .

Can be served with salads or chutney of your choice
