Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fresh bunch of methi - 1
  2. Paneer grated - 1 cup
  3. Onions - 2 big
  4. Garlic cloves - 5
  5. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  8. Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and pluck methi leaves
  2. Soak in some salt water
  3. Blanch and remove
  4. Keep aside
  5. Chop garlic finely
  6. Take a small pan
  7. Add a teaspoonful of oil
  8. Now add the chopped garlic
  9. Stir fry till colour changes and add the chopped onion
  10. Stir fry till onion are transparent
  11. Add the dry powders and salt
  12. Now add the methi, stir fry for a while
  13. Add the grated paneer and stir fry
  14. Check for salt
  15. Keep aside
  16. Take a prepared chapati /phulka and heat it with some oil on both sides
  17. Now spread a spoon or more of the paneer methi mixture evenly on it
  18. Now roll from one side
  19. Cut from middle and serve
