Ingredients to make Curry leaves pancake

  • Dosa batter 2 cups
  • curry leaves 4 to 5 sprigs
  • ginger one inch piece
  • onion 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • cumin Seeds 1 tsp

How to make Curry leaves pancake

  1. Grind all the above ingredients except cumin seeds with little salt.
  2. Add cumin seeds and mix well.
  3. Spread the uthappam with a little oil in nonstick uthappam pan. Cook on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney or onion tomato chutney
