Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves - 1 cup
  3. Pudina leaves - 1/4 th cup
  4. Green chillies - 3
  5. Chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
  6. Groundnuts - 4 tbsp
  7. Curry leaves - 10
  8. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Dry red chillies - 2
  10. Salt
  11. Refined oil/ghee

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of the coriander leaves, Pudina leaves and green chillies with very little water.
  2. Heat a kadhai with oil/ghee. Fry the ground nuts and keep them aside.
  3. In the same oil, add dry red chillies, followed by mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  4. Once they splutter, add chopped garlic and saute till it smells good.
  5. Then add the coriander, Pudina, and green chilli paste.
  6. Add salt and cook till the masala leaves oil, add water if required.
  7. Then finally add the cooked rice, fried ground nuts and give it a mix.
  8. Serve.
