Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled corns - 1 cup
  2. Cooked Basmati rice - 1.5 cups
  3. Chopped onion - 1
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  5. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Refined oil/ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat a kadhai, add some oil.
  2. Add chopped onion, fry till translucent and then add the ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add powdered masalas and salt, saute.
  4. Then add the boiled corns and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rice and stir. Serve.
