Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 15-20 amlas
  2. Salt according to taste
  3. Red chilli according to taste
  4. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the amla and prick the amla with a fork.
  2. Heat the oil in pan add the amla and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add all the spices and stir fry for a few minutes. cover with lid and sprinkle some water on the lid.cook it untill becomes soft.
  4. Serve in lunch / dinner.
  5. You can store it for 4-5 days.
