Ingredients to make Pan Seared Flavoured Tofu

  • 150 gm Flavoured Tofu
  • 1/4 teaspoon Roasted garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon green corainder leaves for garnish
  • Pinch of pink rock salt

How to make Pan Seared Flavoured Tofu

  1. In a non stick pan or griller, sprinkle 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Heat on low flame.
  3. Cut the tofu into blocks.
  4. Sear it on both sides till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle all dry masalas when done.
