Puffed rice and potato cutlet

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 table spoon puffed rice
  2. 3 table spoon boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 tea spoon ginger- garlic paste
  4. Coriander leaves as required
  5. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
  7. 2 teaspoon corn flour
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil as required
  10. 2 teaspoon khuskhus

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add puffed rice ,mashed potatoes,ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves,chilli powder,salt and mix well.
  2. Make small cutlets.
  3. In another bowl make corn flour paste with water.
  4. Take khuskhus in one plate. Dip all cutlets one by one in cornflour paste and roll on khuskhus and shallow fry with oil in non-stick pan.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce
