Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 4 to 5
  2. Salt to taste
  3. oil 2 tbsp
  4. Coriander or parsley finely chopped
  5. Red chilli powder or flakes a tbsp
  6. turmeric a pinch
  7. For the assembling you may use ketchup, mayonnaise, any chutney of your choice, french fries, lettuce and cucumber.
  8. 1 Onion finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients well.
  2. Pour icecream scoop full of the egg mix in each groove of the toaster.
  3. They will be done in 2 to 3 mins. Can make 4 of them at a time.
  4. Now for the assembling -
  5. Prepare your sandwiches according to your own preference by adding your favourite toppings.
