Ingredients to make Dry Fruits Gulab Jamun Whole Wheat Cake

  • gulab Jamun mix 3/4 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 3/4 cup
  • powdered sugar 3/4 cup
  • Milk, Room temperature 1 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • Slivered almonds 1-2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  • elaichi powder 1 teaspoon
  • Slivered almonds and Cashewnuts for garnish

How to make Dry Fruits Gulab Jamun Whole Wheat Cake

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Grease and line a 6 inch cake tin.
  3. Sift the wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder 3 times.
  4. In a mixie , whisk the Gulab Jamun mix and powdered sugar so that they get mixed uniformly and no lumps remain.
  5. Mix the wheat flour mix with the Sugar-Gulabjamun mix.
  6. Whisk well to make it all come together.
  7. Mix together the oil and milk.
  8. Add elaichi powder to it.
  9. Add this wet mix to the dry one.
  10. Whisk gently so that it all comes together.
  11. Add the silvered almonds and whisk gently.
  12. Pour in cake tin.
  13. Garnish With Almonds And Cashewnuts.
  14. Bake for 25 minutes or till done.
  15. Check with toothpick.
  16. When Done, remove from oven.
  17. Let it cool for 10 minutes before demoulding.
