Ingredients to make Aloo Methi Curry (potato curry in fenugreek leaves)

  • potato boiled 3
  • tomato puree 1 cup
  • Methi 1cup (fenugreek leaves )
  • Spring garlic 3tbsp chopped
  • Green chilli 2
  • ginger paste 1tsp
  • oil 2tbsp
  • salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • coriander leaves finely chopped 2tbsp

How to make Aloo Methi Curry (potato curry in fenugreek leaves)

  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera ginger paste saute little
  2. Add methi green chilli saute
  3. Add tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder saute
  4. As oil separates add spring garlic and boil potatoes and mix gently
  5. Lower the flame, put a lid on pan for a minute and turn off gas
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves
