Open Vegetable Paratha

Ingredients to make Open Vegetable Paratha

  • Atta (wheat flour )1cup
  • all purpose flour (maida )1/2cup
  • Boil potatos 2
  • capsicum chopped 3tbsp
  • Green peas boiled 3tbsp
  • carrot grated 2tbsp
  • cabbage chopped 2tbsp
  • corns boiled 2tbsp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • Dried mango powder 1/2tbsp
  • oil for brushing and 1tbsp for dough

How to make Open Vegetable Paratha

  1. Mix atta maida salt and 1tbsp oil add water as needed to make a smooth dough.
  2. Mix all veggies and masala in a bowl and make a filling
  3. Roll out a chapati from dough
  4. Spread a portion of filling in the middle of chapati and fold the sides as shown in the image
  5. Cook this paratha on hot tava from both sides apply oil on both sides
  6. Serve with sauce or green chutney
