Ingredients to make Kiddo Paratha

  • Dough -
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • water
  • Filling -
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp fine chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp fine chopped capsicum
  • salt a pinch
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cheese
  • For cooking -
  • butter
  • For garnishing
  • carrot
  • tomato
  • capsicum

How to make Kiddo Paratha

  1. to prepare dough -
  2. mix all ingredients in a bowl
  3. add water and make a dough
  4. Filling -
  5. in a bowl mix onion capsicum salt and oregano
  6. Paratha -
  7. take two dough balls and roll two chapati
  8. spread butter pizza sauce on one chapati then add filling and sprinkle cheese
  9. cover with 2nd chapati and stick edges well with water
  10. heat a tawa
  11. add butter and cook paratha till crispy and brown
  12. garnish with carrot, tomato and capsicum
