ABOUT Healthy Bowl (Broken wheat with Vegetables) RECIPE

Broken wheat is always considered a healthy meal option. My mother used to make it sweet with milk. Today's generation usually likes the meals with twists. Here is my bowl of health including broken wheat cooked with the goodness of vegetables.
