Egg Maggi

Ingredients to make Egg Maggi

  • onion 1 Big Sliced
  • tomato 1 small chopped
  • green chillies 2 finely chopped
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • Maggi masala1 packet
  • eggs 2
  • Red chilli flakes to taste
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg Maggi

  1. In a pan take less than a cup of water. When it comes to boil add Maggi Noodles. Save the Masala for later. Boil the noodles till they loosen up not more than 3 to 4 mins
  2. In a Pan heat oil. Add Onions and saute till they turn translucent. Add green chillies and tomato and mix well. Add little salt Chilli and Soya Sauce and mix well.
  3. Beat 2 eggs and add little salt n red chilli flakes. Transfer the eggs in onion masala and make a bhurji.
  4. Add in boiled noodles alongwith its boiled water (which should be just enough to dry out in pan) and mix all the ingredients of pan very well.
  5. Take Maggi Masala in a small katori and add 2 tbsp of water and mix to make a paste like consistency. Add Masala paste to ur Maggi and mix well.
  6. Egg Masala Maggi will is ready to serve. Eat while watching your favourite tv programme :)

My Tip:

Making masala tastemaker paste helps in the coating of masala well with Maggi in this preparation. When boiling noodles use 3/4 medium glass of water only. you don't want soupy noodles
