Ingredients to make Paanagam- Jaggery Lemonade

  • Juice of three limes
  • Shaved jaggery/ gud half cup or more
  • water 4 cups
  • Half tsp dry ginger powder
  • Two leaves of holi basil / tulasi crushed

How to make Paanagam- Jaggery Lemonade

  1. Wash and extract the juice of the limes.
  2. Mix it with water .
  3. Add in the shaved jaggery, dry ginger powder and holybasil.
  4. Mix it well and chill to serve.
